 Selection Process

MODE OF SELECTION:
1. The selection will be based on merit list prepared in relation to all candidates applying against the notification. The merit list will be prepared on matriculation basis with the percentage of marks (with minimum 50% marks) + ITI points in business, in which the apprenticeship is to be made. The panel will be based on the average average of the digits in matriculation and ITI.
For the purpose of calculating the percentage of matriculation, the marks obtained by the candidates in all subjects will be counted and will not be counted on the basis of the points of any subject or the five best as per the group of subjects.
For the purpose of calculating the percentage of ITI points, the average points mentioned in the consolidated statement of points for all semester of business mentioned in the provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT / SCVT will only be calculated.
For the purpose of calculating the percentage of SSC marks for the candidates of Secondary Education Board, Andhra Pradesh, Lok Vidya Mandal, Kerala etc. will take the midpoint of the grade limit obtained by RRC candidates. After achieving the midpoint of all the efforts awarded to the grade, the average will be calculated, the treatment of each subject is out of 100 points, because there is no standard method or multiplication factor for calculating the average of the matriculation for such boards. .
2. If two candidates have the same marks, candidates with old age will be given priority. If birth dates are also the same, then the candidate who passed the matriculation examination first will be considered first.
3. In the descending order of percentage of points obtained by the candidate mentioned above, the final merit list cluster / unit-wise, business-wise and community-wise will be prepared equal to the number of slots.
4. The candidates listed at the end will be subject to verification of original testimonials and will find suitable for appropriate workshops by the Railways applicable for workshops and other units.
5. When submitting the online application, a registration number will be issued to each applicant.
