Essential: First class Graduate in Electronics/I.T Engineering/I.T Systems Engineering/ Computer Science /MCA from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India.
b. Desirable: Post-Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference.

a. Essential: A qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India.

Assistant General Manager- Industrial Relations (SMGS V)
. Essential: Post-Graduation in HR/IR/Personnel Management with minimum 55% marks with specialization in Labour Laws and/or industrial relations from a Govt. recognized University / Institute in India. The end to end the knowledge of industrial and labor laws

Chief Manager - Economic Research (SMGS IV)
a. Mandatory: Postgraduate in Economics with minimum 55% marks with specialization in monetary / financial economics or government with economics. Recognized University / Institution in India
B. Desirable: Higher levels of skills in quantitative techniques and full knowledge of domestic and international financial markets. Candidates with background in analytics, industry research and macro-economic forecasting and analysis will be given priority.

ELIGIBILITY

(A) Nationality: A candidate should be unmarried and should be:
1. Citizen of India, or
2. The subject of Bhutan, or
3. The topic of Nepal, or
4. A Tibetan refugee who came to India with the intention of permanently dealing with India before January 1, 1962, or
5. A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East Kenya, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania's United Republic of, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam to settle permanently in India .

Provided that the candidates relating to the above categories (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be a person in favor of which the Government of India has issued eligibility certificate.

 Selection Process

After scrutiny of the applications received, only eligible candidates will be called for Written Test/ Group Discussion/ Personal Interview. The short-listing for further selection process will be on the basis of the details provided by the candidates in the application. In any stage of the recruitment process, the bank will be free to reject the candidature of any candidate, if found to be ineligible and
 / or furnished incorrect or false information / certificates / documents or has suppressed any material facts and the fees paid by the ineligible candidates shall be forfeited.
Bank reserves the right to shortlist requisite number of candidates based on the experience and suitability of the candidates, as decided by the Bank and only those shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process as decided by the Bank.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified in the respective call letter of group discussion and / or personal interview site, time and date, and candidates will have to participate only at their own cost. The call letters will be sent by email only. Group discussions / interviews will be organized in the head office of the bank in New Delhi. The final selection will be done on the basis of the marks obtained in the entire selection process by the candidates and according to the qualification ranking.
